    Implementation & Scope
Problem Brief

Interviews

After conducting interviews with stakeholders, including current exam- preparing students and those who qualified last year, we analyzed the data through affinity notes to confirm our research findings and establish user personas.

Secondary Research

After thorough analysis of existing counseling methods for students, we
identified their pros and cons, current limitations, and uncovered gaps. This informed our design direction and highlighted key areas for improvement in our solution.

Brainstorming

Based on all our research and design directions, we started brainstorming on our solution. We ideated further on the multiple ideas and went on to select our final solution.

The solution
  • Developed a website-based system for students from 6th grade
    onwards, integrated with their academic.
  • Provides quizzes, tests, videos, assessments, and counseling services free of charge for comprehensive student support.
